Absolutely awful experience, DO NOT work with them. They came out, and charged $175 by the way when it’s usually free, and promised a quote within a week. This is a QUOTE mind you, maybe 10-15 min of work. Fast forward 4 weeks later still no quote and after calling maybe 5 times update was always “there is no update”. Avoid like the plague!

This is a great service company. Have used them as a vendor for eight years at the last storage facility I was at and now at my new one. Very reliable people. Whether it's garage doors or gate systems they have always done the job right the first time. Their techs are very professional. With reasonable rates and reliable service why would you go anywhere else?

Can't say enough about these guys!! From Michelle at the front desk to Wayne who showed up to serve us...thanks! On the eve of Thanksgiving our garage door came off the tracks and we were clearly unable to secure the door. It was after normal hours, but we called in hopes of getting someone to help us. We called and we had Wayne at our front door in less than an hour. Forty-five minutes later door works great. I really appreciate the extra touches that Wyne did in oiling door, adjusting springs and making sure it was perfect. Thank you for your great service.

Terrible customer service. I got two roll up doors that are side by side on my patio and they were not installed at the same height. I have been calling and trying to get them to come back and fix it for 6 wks now. They won't even call me back. Plus the doors were scratched and they said they would get me some touch up paint which I never got. I have a view of the Las Vegas Strip and these doors are up 90% of the time and you really notice that they are not the same height when they are up. I didn't pay for a strip view to have it lessened by mediocre installation.

My garage door, which is older, was having difficulty opening. I called C &M and they had someone out within a couple of hours. They were kind and concerned if the door was secured. Their tech James was very friendly and professional. He solved my problem quickly and even cleaned up the door rails and all the various parts to ensure it was working smoothly with no problems. I definitely feel as though the price was fair given the quick service.

I paid to have C&M come out to repair a dock ramp and it was a disaster.Instead of replacing bad parts with new parts they put a band aid on the ramp and hoped for dear life that it wouldn't fall off. The work seemed kind of sketchy so I asked their employee if the work came with a warranty. After becoming upset that I asked he wrote on the work order that the work would be under warranty for 3 months. Needless to say his band aid fell off in 2 weeks. I called them back to come out and honor the warranty for the money we paid and their office manager coped an attitude and hung up the phone (total Karen). We still to this day haven't been able to get anyone out to fix what we paid for. After having their rude employee come out to our building, smoke his cigarettes on our dock, purchase tacos from a passing taco truck and eat while working I've decided to just take the loss and not have any of these people EVER step foot on our property again. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY is all I can say. If I could select a half of a star they wouldn't even get that. RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow!!! I needed my garage door fixed after a week of lifting it and hurting my back I was finally able to get someone out to fix it. May I say this was the most professional and fast garage service I’ve ever experienced! Hire them!!!!

Conveniently they are in my neighborhood, so there's that. Location is off Olson and Lake Mead Parkway on the outskirts in old Henderson going towards Lake Mead. I needed the rubber seal that goes at the bottom of the garage door. This company treated me so well. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Not a lot of that going around these days. They have quite a staff doing service calls, and seem very knowledgeable in my brief experience. If I need a more serious repair or replacement I for sure will fur sure be calling them.
