I had an excellent experience with Savannah, the service advisor at BMW of Henderson. She was incredibly thorough and attentive throughout the entire process.
Savannah kept me informed with regular updates and ensured I understood everything being done to my car.
Even though the main issue was with the speaker, she went above and beyond by also fixing my brakes and alignment and replacing the windshield wipers. Her dedication to customer service was truly impressive, and I highly recommend her assistance. Thank you, Savannah, for all your help!
Just wanted to say thank you to Albert at the Service Center for taking care of me at my first service for my 2017 BMW i8. I especially appreciated how proactive, attentive, and communicative Albert was. He even took care of a service light I wasn't aware of. I got my car back promptly, and it was perfect.
They identified the problem and fixed it, also proactively addressed other service issues and provided a loaner. As repairs were underway, Victor, my service advisor, kept me informed of status.
