Robert was great. I had a motor die in one of my two outside condensers. He confirmed the problem and installed the new motor quickly and professionally. Would recommend this company!

Our service with Kyra was top notch! She was punctual, professional and shared information with us without having some kind of sales pitch or sales agenda. She seemed to genuinely care about getting our existing equipment to function as best it can. She mentioned that there were some odd readings and offered to come back with a more experienced technician but also freely offered that their company does not typically service the brand of AC that we own and they might not get preferential priority from the manufacturer should they need to warranty parts or anything. When the time comes to follow-up we will probably use Black Mountain Air just because of her honesty... read full review
