Our service with Kyra was top notch! She was punctual, professional and shared information with us without having some kind of sales pitch or sales agenda. She seemed to genuinely care about getting our existing equipment to function as best it can. She mentioned that there were some odd readings and offered to come back with a more experienced technician but also freely offered that their company does not typically service the brand of AC that we own and they might not get preferential priority from the manufacturer should they need to warranty parts or anything. I had a new HVAC system installed several years ago by Black Mountain Air that has performed flawlessly. Never got a tune up until today.
Yannick was the Service Tech. he was courteous, professional, very knowledgeable on the system, respectful of the property, and executed diagnostics and spa treatment with a great attitude!
