Have only had great experiences with 702 PlumbAIR, most recently with addressing a clog then replacing 3 toilets + valve switches, and about two years ago with a sink issue. This time around, we worked with Ashley for scheduling and Mike C. for service. Professionally, they were terrific -- responsive, honest, knowledgable. Mike was generous with his expertise, respectful of our home and repeat-customer status, and did a beautiful job. Personally, they were good people -- easy to chat with, great sense of humor, patient as we made adjustments to timing and work scope. I had two other companies provide quotes for the high-efficiency AC unit. Both spent hours inspecting the system and ultimately came in significantly higher than 702 PlumbAIR. Perhaps seeing a beautiful custom home behind double gates led them to assume a larger budget and price accordingly. They will always be my first choice. They were quick, honest, and cordial.
