3D Boxing and Fitness is a great place to train. I have been training with Dennis for the past month and it's been amazing! He is very knowledgeable and patient with me ,seeing as how I am the most unathletic person in the world. Dennis conducts great workout and warm up sessions as well as GREAT sparing sessions. I have learned a great deal from Dennis is a short amount of time. I know with continued training Dennis can get me in shape far beyond what I think is even possible for myself.

I'm new to Vegas and was tired of of sitting around. I did some boxing fitness in the past and loved it, so I set out to find a good gym. I scoured Google looking at everything around. Then I found 3D boxing. The message on the website and Denis' video sealed the deal for me. I had to check it out. As soon as I met Denis I knew he was the right guy! Deciding to come to 3D Boxing is the best decision I've made in a while. If you are looking for a fun way to exercise while learning actual boxing techniques, then this place is for you. Denis is an amazing coach who motivates you and challenges you. After every session, I feel a huge sense of accomplishment, and I look forward to improving in the next session. 100% recommend!
