Today, Dustin, Efrain and crew showed up early. They did a through examination of the roof, attic and garage area. Took almost two hours. Extremely professional and personable. Apologized again for previous challenges. Offered to repair additional work from a previous job, which was done by a different agency in an effort to excel at customer service. I declined as it wasn't necessary, but thanked them. They were great! We are all good. Would highly recommend.

As, I called Valley Roofing LLC, (number 2) in the Carson Valley. Efrain answered the phone call, suggested that I leave my name and address with my phone number. I asked him if he did estimates for Wind Damage Roof, he stated he was on a roof job and would be in Gardnerville by 2:45 pm.He arrived promptly, mask wearing, did the estimate, Honors the Military for 10%Discount. Dropped off samples on a color palette to choose the color for the shingles., Pabco Premier, Laminated Fiberglass Shingles were used.
