We started a laundry room remodel several weeks ago and were waiting for cabinets and sink vanity to be installed. Once cabinets were done, Chaz with Hoffman Plumbing came out to install the sink and faucet. The team arrived on time, reviewed the needed work with us and did a great job with the install. They cleaned up afterwards, and left me with a beautiful new sink in my new laundry area. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work. We have been doing a few much-needed home renovations and we called our go-to plumbers at Hoffman. Roberto has worked with us several times and he is a true professional: knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, and kind. We know that when he works on our projects, we are in good hands. I try to be a DIY-er. I tried to DIY a leaking outdoor spout, only to find out that it was an unserviceable faucet and we would have to replace the whole thing. The man at the hardware store made it sound like hiring someone would be “very expensive”. When I replaced the knob part I ended up making everything worse. On a Friday afternoon. When I thought I would be without water for the rest of the weekend. Hoffman plumbing answered their phone. They gave me a Monday appointment that I gladly took and told me if something came up sooner, they would offer it to me. They ended up sending Roberto at 8am on Sunday and I am so grateful.
