I ordered Birthday flowers for a good friend of mine from Fernley Flowers recently. Prior to contacting the shop, I looked on their website and saw a couple of arrangements I liked. When I phoned to place the order, the owner told me that her flowers for the particular arrangement weren't available due to prior orders. I told her that it was okay, I just needed a bright arrangement for my friend. The owner said she had flowers she'd arrange for me that would suit my request. Great quality, price, and customer service!
I had a friend in Fernley I wanted to send flowers to. I live in Reno and looked at all the local places. I was resigned to either a.) spend an arm and a leg for small flowers or b.) order online and sacrifice quality.
I googled “Fernley Florists” and saw their work—beautiful. It was so nice calling and speaking with a human being. I didn’t have to make the choices by myself. I spoke with the florist, I wish I got her name, and it was easy.
