“My teenage daughter got her nose pierced at another shop at the end of January. Being the impatient child she is, she switched her jewelry to a hoop too early. It fairly quickly became inflamed and started to get a piercing bump. So we tried switching back to her original stud. But it was too small for us to get it in properly. We went to another local shop and although they said they were open, they indeed were NOT. So we sped over to purple orchid. They were not normally open on this day but helped my kid anyway. Within 5 minutes we were on our way. The piercer was kind, she gently teased my impatient kid. Reiterating the seriousness of changing the jewelry too soon. And reminding her of proper cleaning for this location. I will 100% be back again. And I am so grateful they took the time to help us“
