Went to see crystal to get my daughters ears pierced. Very clean, professional environment! Crystal was very calm and polite & explained every step to my daughter . gave her an emotional support stuffy to hold!
My teenage daughter got her nose pierced at another shop at the end of January. Being the impatient child she is, she switched her jewelry to a hoop too early. It fairly quickly became inflamed and started to get a piercing bump. So we tried switching back to her original stud. But it was too small for us to get it in properly. We went to another local shop and although they said they were open, they indeed were NOT. So we sped over to purple orchid. They were not normally open on this day but helped my kid anyway. My wife and I recently discovered Purple Orchid - we've done a lot of traveling, and have tattoos from all over the States, without a doubt, Purple Orchid has been the best experience we've had thus far, not just in terms of work, but the environment as well.
The quality of work, attention to detail, care for the client's wishes, extremely fair pricing, etc., whether a piercing or tattoo, is second to none. In addition to the high-quality of work, the environment is extremely clean, and the owners go out of their way to ensure everyone feels welcomed.
