Amazing experience. My dog fell in love with both Dr Brim and our vet Tech! We have had a challenging time recently with vet providers and it felt so good to visit a clinic where the staff is so professional, knowledgeable and above all compassionate! I am so happy that Dr Brim is now in Fernley and it’s worth the drive from Reno to see her. Side note: Dr Brim is also a favorite vet of brother-in-law as she cared for his dog Rocky while in Reno as well as our friend Carrie and her pup Yahtzee. So glad to now be under her care.
We called the day after Christmas needing an appointment for our dog and unfortunately there were none available (understandable) so we had to go to another vet office. Unfortunately our dog crossed the rainbow bridge and I called to update Moffitt and cancel the appointment we did have scheduled & a few days later we have received a sweet card in the mail that brought tears to my eyes. Even if they weren’t able to get us in, them extending their sympathy means the world to us ❤️ thank you everyone at Moffitt for brightening our day after experiencing the worst.
They helped our dog Quincy go over the rainbow bridge and were very kind to all of us during this difficult time. I also called them because another dog was severely depressed after losing his playmate and they gave me tools to help. Wholly recommend them!
