This is a busy office and I never expect the Bedside Manner with medical offices being so busy all the time and I was caught off guard! Dr. Sheppard and his assistant listened carefully, answered my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout my visit. He explained clearly. Everyone was welcoming and professional and the clinic is clean.

All of the staff and Dr. Jacques are amazing. Dental work is never fun and after having a bad experience with ABC dental in Ohio, I dread going to the dentist. Today I have a sense of relief going back. I 100% recommend them.

I've been going to this Dental office for at least a long bit! They have charted that I have Dental anxiety, and they know my jaw locks open, Dr Jacque and Dr Sheppard, are kind, and patient with me not opening my mouth big ..all these years, it's a big stresser, and hurts or grinds when it shuts. I'm sure they get anxious when they have to deal with me haha. But it's a great office, staff, hygienist... And really like everyone, I'm trying to be better. Haha.
