Amazing professional service, carried out efficiently. Randy took the time to explain and plan the best options for a difficult repair. Randy made it look easy--he carried out a tough in-wall drain repair in about an hour, as if it were nothing. The bill was incredibly reasonable--an excellent value, which is such a rarity these days. He also offered excellent information for maintaining my plumbing. To say that I'm very satisfied, and that Duty Calls is my go-to from now on, is a huge understatement. Very highly recommended!
Randy is very fair, honest and efficient. He did a great job pulling out our existing tub and installing a walk in shower with hand rails for my elderly mom. She loves her shower! Thanks for everything Randy! We'll definitely use you in the future.
