I’ve used them multiple times over the last few years and they have always been great! I took my car in just yesterday to have a coolant and an oil leak diagnosed. I was expecting to pay for the labor, but Kim found the leaks and didn’t even charge me!! Always great service and very helpful. They take the time to explain everything that they need to do, which for someone like me who always has questions is great!

My transmission went out driving through Ely. He hooked his machine up to see if he could reset it. Sadly it did not work. He wouldn't take $ for his time or diagnosis. Very helpful Great people

I would give more stars if I could. I am so very greatful for KRM. My vehicle was shaking very roughly and would sometimes not accelerate especially after coming to a complete stop, so I would be stuck in the middle of intersections sometimes and it was getting pretty dangerous to drive it, especially having two little kids with me. I scheduled an appointment at my regular auto shop, but they forgot about me, which isn't the first time that has happened. I waited there for almost two hours after my appointment time and finally decided to start looking around for a different mechanic.
