Rafe came when he said he would and got right to work. He quickly figured out the problem. He was very professional. He offered to order the parts we need and another appointment to fix or A/C. I couldn't ask for more than this. I was very impressed with Ruby Mountains business process.

We had them come check out our AC unit outside, it took Thomas about 15 minutes to diagnose the issue, and that is with elderly neighbors stopping to chat with him while he was near his work truck. So far everything is good, if I don’t come back and add to this review it’s safe to assume that we had no follow up issues.
