Our truck broke down while heading out on a camping trip. Our roadside assistance towed to the Chevy dealership for repairs (we own a Ram truck, I know weird). The service department was extremely understanding and while they didn't get the chance to fix the repairs, they still helped and went above and beyond with offering their service shuttle and following up the next day to make sure we didn't run into anymore Issues.

I was off the road on a trip to Cali from Minnesota. Had tires off balance due to discount tire doing a lazy job. The wheel weights had fell off. Even with a broken rack they were able to get me in on a Friday afternoon and keep my trip going.
