The staff are great! Dr Houchen was amazingly patient with my wiggly 5 year. We will definitely be back.
Update: My sons glasses were ready exactly when they said they would be, even with a holiday and being closed for a day. Pickup was seamless.
The staff are great! Dr Houchen was amazingly patient with my wiggly 5 year old. I counted at LEAST 15 degrees on his wall in the waiting area. I’m sorry to the whiners but when you’ve reached that level of expert, you can treat me any way you want, as long as you’re treating the issue we came for. Personally, I thought he was great.
