Austin, the technician was quick and professional. We were scheduled quickly. All the costs were explained beforehand and the woman who scheduled us was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely call them again if we need work done.

Such a good experience; Michael and his co-worker were super friendly and professional. They diagnosed my draining/backup issue and resolved it super fast, and I am very thankful for that. Quick, east, and kept it clean. Loved it!
I was very happy with my septic tank clean out done by Frank at Charles H. Chester Plumbing and Heating, Inc. Frank was very informative and taught me just how to take care of my septic system in the future. Especially about so called disposable wet wipes. My tank is ok, but will be better now that I know exactly how to take care of it. Thank you Frank, you made the smelly experience quite lovely.
Oh, also, they got to my house the very next day, not a month out.
