I absolutely loved every step working with this company especially working with Robert who came out to service our AC Units. He was extremely professional and was very understanding on my many questions as we had been burned by another company in town. Robert was very knowledgeable on what he was doing and explained every step to me as he was doing it. I couldn’t recommend them more for any needs you have. I also loved their customer support. Every time I called they made it a point to help me find the answers I was looking for and if the person I was talking with didn’t have the answer they made sure to find someone who could right away. Again these guys are great… read full review
Plumbline helped us switch appliances from propane to natural gas and installed a new furnace and HVac system. Tino, Mike, Antonio, Manuel and Jaime were all good to work with. Tino and Mike helped with getting the estimate and answering finance questions. Antonio and Manuel took the time to answer all our questions about the installation and conversion and offered recommendations. They were very kind, professional and easy to work with, easily engaged. Everything had been cleaned up after the job was completed and they made sure we were satisfied before they left. I highly recommend them! 🙂
Another great benefit is they notified us when the technicians were on… read full review
