Very happy with pure water systems. Just had a water softener and reverse osmosis system put in and the difference is incredible! These guys a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
I purchased the REionator Pro from Pure Water systems in Reno. I met with Tony for the initial appointment. He was very helpful with explaining the different systems and how well they work for your home water quality. We scheduled an appointment for the installation and I was pleasantly surprised how quick the system would be installed. The installer Zack was there on time and completed the installation process very quickly. You can tell just by speaking with Tony and Zack how passionate they are about being able to provide safe and healthy water to their community.
We pay a monthly service fee so we don’t have to worry about putting in our filters, etc. It is so worth it to us. It was time to have our filters changed and we were lucky enough to have Jose as our technician. He came to our house and was super thorough, changed filters out that needed changing, remounted our alkaline filter and made a few other great changes. He is so friendly, thorough and knowledgeable about the water system. What a great representative for the Pure Water company.
