This was our first home buying experience and we did not feel like we had a chance. Sheri and Brittney were extremely patient and understanding of our pessimistic outlook and always had uplifting spirits. They talked us through every moment and answered all of our questions thoroughly.(Sometimes after hours when they were at home with their families) They were very knowledgeable of the rules and regulations and made sure we had everything we needed every step of the way.Overall, our first home buying experience was very comfortable and easy. As first time home buyers, Sheri made us feel very comfortable during the complex and somewhat intimidating process of buying a house. We were buying the house from a relative without a real-estate agent. We really had no idea what we were doing and Sheri walked us through the whole process from applying to closing.
