This was my second and last visit to this salon for a pedicure. I am 70 and having medical issues with my legs. The gal who must be the manager told me to have a seat. I told her I couldn't because I would fall (I need a chair arm to raise myself up to a standing position). Their chairs did not have these. She immediately became defensive by telling me that I fell before (which I did not) and they have cameras. After she led me to a pedicure chair, she told me that I should have someone do my pedicure at home. I told her that I did not have anyone at my home. I felt total discrimination by her. I arrived at Regal Nails at 6:15 to see if I could be squeezed in before they closed at 7:00 . The nail tech explained that a woman had called beforehand and would arrive soon and she could not take me .My nails were such a wreck that I waited to see if the lady who called would actually show up .Well she did , but to my surprise the tech said she would do mine after her she did her scheduled appointment .The lady who did my nails stayed an extra hour to do mine - she absolutely saved me a world embarrassment. First they were super sweet and got me and my sister in for pedicures in a timely manner. Service felt and looked great.Unfortunately we got 2 deluxe pedicures $105 + plus an additional tip and not even a week later my gel nail polish is literally peeling off of my toes. Really embarrassing to be honest. Didn't even last 5 days?! Even regular nail polish usually last weeks but I pay extra for the gel and a French tip so that way it can grow out longer, so to not even last week is absolutely insane! Bad quality product or expired perhaps?
