Absolutely the best customer service ever, the DMV made an error on my insurance coverage and Larry Cross got on the phone and showed them that the mistake was theirs and that I had not been at fault. He knows the insurance regulations better than the DMV.
I'm new to Nevada, I needed homeowners insurance and Larry Cross insurance was recommended to me. Larry was very helpful, kind, understanding and most of all patient. I had alot of questions and he answered them all.
