My family has been using Joe's Floor Masters for five years now.... Every time our service is perfect! We are up in Sparks NV and they never have a problem fitting us into their schedule quickly and coming over and no only cleaning our carpets but fixing any carpet issues we have! We’re truly grateful that our neighbor recommended Floor Masters to us. After a year without cleaning, the carpets in our hallway and great room had visible black marks—but now they look almost brand new. The difference is incredible: clean, fluffy, and fresh-smelling. The team was fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. Best of all, my wife isn’t pressuring me to replace the carpets throughout the house anymore!

Love Joe. He recently stretched and cleaned my carpets. He was fast, efficient, reasonably priced and professional. He even came while I was still in escrow to give me an estimate and assessment as to whether I should keep the carpet. He said the carpet was incredible quality and in great shape and to absolutely keep it. So I saved a ton of money by having it stretched instead of replaced. After he finished, I was blown away as it looks like brand new carpet. I didn't even know you could have carpet stretched, I do now. Absolutely would recommend Floor Masters.
