My family has been using Joe's Floor Masters for five years now.... Every time our service is perfect! We are up in Sparks NV and they never have a problem fitting us into their schedule quickly and coming over and no only cleaning our carpets but fixing any carpet issues we have! Definitely great service. We wish Floor Masters lots of future business and success!!

Floor masters is hands-down, the best in town! I’ve been using Joe’s services for a very long time and I’ve never had any issues, not one. Between Joe and Kyle, they’re work is fast, they have amazing attention to detail, and awesome guys to chat with as well. Joe has great communication and left the carpets of our rental beautifully done. 4 bedrooms, 1 carpeted bath. Two story home with carpeted stairs.We have pets and stains from the last tenants of various mediums. (Marker, wax, red stains, etc.) I knew some of the stains may be tough to lift, but safe to say majority of them were gone, if not faded.He made it easy and quick & the estimate was fair and we even saved some money in the end! Joe was very accommodating with the snowy weather conditions and my availability.He nailed it! Will definitely use their services again. .***HIGHLY RECOMMEND****Services: General carpet cleaning
