Katie is the absolute best. I’ve never had good experiences going to hair dressers but was desperate after a bout of postpartum hair loss and trichotillomania. Katie creates such a judgement free and relaxing environment. She really cares for your health and wellbeing. I remember crying on my way home with my new extensions in, feeling beautiful for the first time in a while. Thank you Katie!
This is the sixth high-end curl cut I have had. One in Australia, one in LA, and the rest in midtown Reno. You would think that there was nothing left to learn, but out of respect, I booked a new haircut session. MY HAIR FINALLY MAKES SENSE! I have wavy, fine hair with some pronounced ringlets throughout. Katie taught me so much in those three hours. It has been three days and it still looks great. I also left with a bag of swag to maintain the cut that was probably worth 1/3 of what I paid. Worth every penny to understand what you should be doing with your hair. Thanks Katie!
