It's been over 10 years since my heating ducts have been cleaned. Custom Floor Care did a great job! They were in and out, no fuss, no muss while I was still able to work from home and my kids distance learned. So glad we can noticeably breathe easier now that they are professionally cleaned.

I would highly recommend custom floor care. Living in Tahoe my carpets gets so dirty. The company is super professional friendly and always on time. I use them on a regular basis to keep my house clean an allergen free. Thanks custom floor care!

Okay, we had a big problem and Custom Floor Care saved the day. One of our dogs became ill from medication and threw up all over our lovely bedroom carpet. I was afraid the stomach acid and medication would discolor the carpet permanently, so I contacted GCO, our carpet store, and asked for their recommendation. Custom Floor Care was able to get to me promptly and clean up the mess. The whole bedroom looks and smells fresh and clean. I'm relieved the stains came out and we are back to beautiful! Whew! I highly recommend Custom Floor Care and plan to use them in the future.
