This was the fastest and smoothest Concentra visit I’ve ever had. The front desk girl was really nice and welcoming! The Medical Assistant was very quick and nice. I didn’t feel the poke for my labs. Dr. Marcus was awesome! He was very nice and friendly. The overall visit was great!
I showed up early for a walk-in at around 9 am and they were able to see me within 10 min. Hardly had to wait. Staff was efficient taking me through the drug test and physical for new hiring. They have snacks and drinks for people who are waiting. The only thing that dropped this experience down to 3 stars was that no one had told me I was supposed to get a chest X-ray done. I had left and we were sitting down to eat. It was lucky that we hadn't started driving directly back home yet since we don't live close by. I was real pleased that the team at Concentra fit me in on such a busy Friday. I also Really appreciated the doctor giving me a heads up about the wax buildup in one of my ears. It may sound like a little thing to some, but it meant a lot to me. Lastly, I liked the good communication between the front desk and me. I wasn’t forced to sit in a crowded waiting room for my name to be called for my time slot. I was able to run some errands in town and when an opening for my slot was roughly an hour out, I was notified, told to head back. It was a real smooth operation!
