I unfortunately am a patient here. However, for the first time I don’t feel like a patient! I am treated with respect, care and genuine concern from the time I walk in the door to the time I leave the office! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses to my doctor are simply amazing! If you have Cancer-this is the place to get treated. They truly care about your wellbeing! It’s not about money, insurance, or selling drugs! I visited this facility because my GP didn't like one of my routine lab results.
The first two staff members I encountered were very friendly and helpful, with one walking me through the building to where I needed to be.
The young lady who checked me in, Francine, was extremely friendly and outgoing. The young nurse who got me set up and did the vitals, Taylor, was also very friendly and pleasant.
Dr. John Kelly discussed my results, put me at ease quickly, and sent me on my way having eliminated any worries while fully explaining the situation.
