4.5 stars, nice location with 4 outdoor pools, water features and plenty of seating. I wish that one of the pools had some semblance of shade. There were some awnings for the lounge chairs but it would be nice to have some shade while soaking. I do like the fact they have towels you can rent & snacks/drinks if needed. Pretty affordable & fun!

Carson Hot Springs is still a relaxing and beautiful place to unwind. The mineral baths are soothing, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful -- perfect for a reset. That said, the bath and shower areas could definitely be bigger. During busy times it gets pretty crowded, which takes away from the relaxation a bit. Also, prices have noticeably gone up compared to before. Overall, it's still a great spot to visit, especially if you go during off-peak hours. With a little more space in the bath area, it would be even better.

Definitely get the Private tubs, you get the outdoor experience but you also have the options of having a space to your own. My fiancé and I appreciated the friendly service and the cheap towel rental.
