Alan with Bighorn Plumbing was extremely professional, answered all my questions. He was timely and completed a list of items beyond what he was initially brought in to do. We were provided an est before any work was completed and all items were agreed to prior to work starting. We are very pleased and happy in Alan's work and would not hesitate to have him and Bighorn do any additional plumbing work.
I am 87 years old and unfortunately can not longer handle the issues that arise around my home. I pulled out the phone book and found Bighorn Plumbing. Since I liked the name, I gave them a call to come out and fix my shower, that was buzzing loudly after my last shower. They sent out a sturdy young man, named Steve. He was such a stand up young man, and I enjoyed the chat we had while he worked on getting me fixed up. Turns out, I left my electric shower shaver turned on and that was the cause of the awful noise I was hearing. Called with a little emergency and they were able to send someone out same day, and got here within an hour. Jarrett was friendly and very professional and got the job done quick! Definitely recommend! Thank you!
