Their wait was around 2 months but the service they provided was great. All of them were friendly and let us know what was going on the entire time. I have two super huge/tall trees that needed trimming. I've never needed to get trimming before so I'm not going to comment on pricing but to me what I paid was well worth it. They really did a lot of work. I wanted to add they told us our power would be shut off and I was freaked out because it was so hot, they worked around it and it was never turned off.

After a recent heavy wet snowfall a portion of the top of our spruce tree broke off. I contacted the American Arborists. They gave advice and options for pruning the tree. The top of the tree is a bit deformed.They have the right equipment to get the job done. They were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up the mess. The cost was reasonable. American Arborists came to our home and assessed the condition of our trees and suggested services. They were informative and professional and did not try and sell us unnecessary services. In fact, the “problem” I intended on having them remedy turned out not to be an issue at all! I was very impressed with their integrity. When the crew came to fertilize the trees and then again to trim them, they were efficient and thorough, and clean up after the job was completed.
