Professional Room & Groom came very highly recommended by my Veterinarian Pet Oasis, whom is also amazing!! I was apprehensive about taking my cat Jacob to be dropped off & groomed. He demands to be brushed according to his eating & pooping schedule. He even decides which brush he wants me to use, I love it! ha,ha! When Pearl told me she enjoyed grooming cats it made me comfortable. She also enjoys grooming rabbits! Pearl also explained the grooming process for me & that was a little different. Whenever we travel to Las Vegas or Laughlin or even Tahoe, anytime we can figure out a way to pass through Boulder City and drop Rosco and Zim off to stay with Claire, the owner of the Professional Pet Room and Groom. Claire is very kind and accommodating and Rosco and Zim rush the door to get in when we arrive.
So happy to have found this place! We came from out of town and had no problems! Normally one of our dogs gets terribly nervous and chews his feet but not here! In fact they were calm, clean, and we really appreciated this. Highly reccomend.
