“Professional Room & Groom came very highly recommended by my Veterinarian Pet Oasis, whom is also amazing!! I was apprehensive about taking my cat Jacob to be dropped off & groomed. He demands to be brushed according to his eating & pooping schedule. He even decides which brush he wants me to use, I love it! ha,ha! When Pearl told me she enjoyed grooming cats it made me comfortable. She also enjoys grooming rabbits! Pearl also explained the grooming process for me & that was a little different. I'm claustrophobic so it was difficult for me to comprehend, but I learned that it did not bother my cat Jacob one bit! He was so happy! Never have I received such a delightful response after taking Jacob anywhere! Even if I stay with him! He usually will turn his back to me & ignore me long enough to teach me a lesson. This was such a welcomed response from Jacob! Jacob went on & on telling me all about his new experience on the way home! He's usually very quiet & afraid on the ride home from going anywhere! Jacob was so talkative this time. I was so pleased to see that Jacob bonded with Pearl & her staff. Jacob was treated like family & I loved that! This time was Jacob's time, not mine! I want Jacob to be happy & treated with love, & he was! I also expect a good groom & my expectations were by far exceeded. Jacob is very much aware when he's looking dashing & he was top cat of the town!
Jaco felt great! He was overjoyed! Jacob loved his spa day & he gives it 2 paws up!? He highly recommends you take your pet there as well. I felt bad that I didn't get him groomed sooner. Jacob did not demand to be brushed for a few days afterwards which was a good break for me. Grooming is a special bonding time for us so I was a little jealous of Pearl! ha,ha jk! I couldn't be more pleased! One of the other groomers came out to tell me how sweet Jacob is. That was worth every cent to me. I rarely leave reviews but I could not believe the reviews from people who were upset because they didn't have a good conversation or they didn't get a smile & the attitude received wasn't what was expected. OMG! Aren't you there for your pet? Grooming our pets is not not a glamorous job & the people who do it definitely are animal lovers, much more than we realize. I had to leave a review because it was an amazing experience & Jacob has been happy ever since. If you were upset with the price you paid, either you don't think your pet is worth the money or you don't think your pet deserves a good groom. It's a wonderful treat, not to mention that it's much needed to keep our pets healthy & happy, which is very important. So rather than take your pet there, take your pet to the backyard, get your hose out & wash your pet yourself. Don't get the treatment done & then go home to defame the business in hopes to get a refund. Time was spent to provide your pet with the best grooming experience ever! And when it's time to schedule, all businesses are run the way they are for many reasons. If you're unable to coordinate the hours with any business, go someplace else! Don't defame the business because they couldn't change the schedule to accommodate yours. It's childish. The world does not revolve around you! One day you'll find yourself saying the same to another person who think's the world revolves around them. it's a rude awakening to learn that it's not how the world turns. I am very grateful for Jacob's experience & for this reason I wanted to write my review with my heart. I wish everyone to have love in their lives. Our pets love us unconditionally. We can all learn a lot from them.“

“This place is amazing. I came in not knowing the first thing about how to train my Labrador puppy and now we don't miss a group class. They make you feel so comfortable and guide you through every step of the way no matter how many questions you have. Bobby is hands down the best trainer we've seen and was exactly who we needed to get our training in order.
