Emerald Healing and Massage

So glad I found Emerald Healing! Several weeks ago I was in so much sciatic pain I could barely get up from sitting without help and just walking short distances added to my discomfort. In the past I have tried chiropractic adjustments but for me they were always so painful. Amy is one of , if not the best massage therapist I've EVER had! I do multiple hot yoga and Pilates classes a day and have had many massages in my life and Amy has a great balance of deep tissue, nurturing, and relaxing. I come out feeling refreshed, and completely relaxed. She has an intuitive sense and can find the problem areas/blockages without being told where to go. I have had chronic low back, sciatica, and shoulder issues and she has addressed all, knowing intuitively when to go deep and when to be soft. I highly recommend her if you want a professional massage that is both therapeutic and relaxing!!
