We used this company to clean our deceased mother's carpets. The house was mainly empty of furniture so there was a large area to clean. In the rooms that did have furniture, Tyler did more work than I anticipated to make sure the largest amount of carpet area was cleaned. When Mom was still with us, she wasn't getting around as well as she used to and we learned her pets didn't always get outside when needed. Tyler discovered unknown pet stains and we had a room where we knew there were extreme pet stains/ odors. Tyler went above and beyond to remove as much of the pet stains/odors as possible. I've used Bill's carpet cleaning a number of times over the years. They are always prompt and professional. They also do a very good job cleaning and give honest assessments. I recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Mr. Hopkins upheld a level of service and integrity you wish most businesses would uphold. Also completed a great job on our carpet and stubborn tile. Worth every penny, will hire again, and would recommend.
