Most of us have seen the TV ad where a family mom says "Let's see where AAA can take us?" After her visions of the beach, mountain retreats, etc. the family is now outside viewing their car with a flat tire. She then says "But 1st let's get this fixed." With AAA the family would have waited hours and perhaps even missed their vacation. Ha-ha. Transmission failure on Christmas Day at mile marker 6 into AZ. They sent someone out quickly and while I sadly forget his name.. he was courteous, knowledgeable, and really the best we could have asked for out of a bad situation. Highly recommended!!

Brandon with Big John's Towing was able to get to me at Kingman Wash Road where it goes to Lake Mead in an hour from my call. He was very professional, quick, and helpful. Walked me through what we were going to do, gave me some recommendations for the future, and pointed out that my camper tires were due for replacement.
