Previously good experiences with them but when i called the lady said theyd call and come by same day but nobody called and nobody showed up..a week went by no response. Had to go find someone else

Just had “Bush” a J&R plumber do excellent work on plumbing issues at our home. I have been a J&R customer for years and have always been impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and high quality work they consistently provide. Once again: appreciative and impressed. Thank you.

Not impressed with their customer service. They don't return calls or respond to emails. It took a month to finally get a reply that they are too busy and short staffed to do the work I inquired about.
