Not impressed with their customer service. They don't return calls or respond to emails. It took a month to finally get a reply that they are too busy and short staffed to do the work I inquired about.
We've used J&R twice for plumbing issues, Their service was top notch, Derek explained everything he was doing and went the extra mile to make sure that anyone dealing with an issue after him would have an easier time accessing and repairing it.Service: Repair water fixtures
J&R has to be one of the best plumbing companies in yellowknife. Their plumbers are very smart, fast, professional and honest. I Had a pipe break on Christmas day, J&R showed up with no hesitation when no one else would come and the bill was much less then I thaight it would be.
