We contacted a number of local contractors to have a look out our current systems, as we had a leak in the hot water tank, we wanted to explore the replacement cost of the unit itself, as well as looking at the other major appliances as they were older units. The storage tank was showing its age, and replacement was the best option, the furnace was about 30 years old. We spoke with GSM and the provided us with many options (As per my request).
