I rarely take the time to write reviews but I also rarely have such a positive experience. I won't lie, they are busy so scheduling might require a few e-mails or txt but it's worth it, they are responsive, professional and a great choice for sure
Friendly, responsive, helpful and patient - they were able to figure out my complex electrical problem as well demonstrate third party liability for this problem. They were extremely patient going through the process with the third party who provided them payment.
We have used Independent Electrical several times and the service is friendly, timely, and the job always well done including proper clean up. Great communication and we will not hire anybody else. We plan on using this company to wire our new garage soon also. Thank you for the great customer service!
