Poornima is the best!
I was in a really rough spot and needed the lending process to be done as soon as possible before I left the country due to an emergency situation.
She was so kind in dealing with me. Her patience was heavenly high and I deeply felt her empathy towards me while keeping professionalism.
I honestly do not know how the company do the performance review, but I hope this one helps to acknowledge her really great job. :)

Nathan, who worked on my mother's and my loan, was absolutely incredible. He put in so much work to help us secure our loans, which due to a number of factors wasn't a super straightforward case, and we are both so happy and thankful for his efforts.
