I reached out to Sarah in a pinch, she was my last hope on getting my construction loan done in time to get my house build. I had been working with Rbc for 7 months before getting handed off to Bmo to help work on this a month before they had planned to start building my house. I called Sarah in a panic explaining my situation and that I needed to get this done asap as Rbc had just wasted 7 months of my time not getting anything done.
