I have been a customer with Culligan’s for many years, both in Nova Scotia and Alberta. I find the company very responsive in support and service. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because I was quoted 10% interest on financing my recent purchase but later I noticed that I am being charged 12% interest. That’s a big deal with the current interest rates across the board on everything right now. All customer service people need to be on the same page in advertising rates so there are no disappointments later on. Other than that, everything else has been great. Super friendly too. ?

Answered when I called, came on the time/day I was scheduled for, performed the service I requested, and even emptied the bags of salt I ordered into my tank for me. Got exactly what I asked for. Thanks!
