J&D Plumbing was recommended to me. I’d contacted someone else beforehand who was very busy and hadn’t got back to me yet, so I called J&D. I didn’t find the receptionist very personable; rather short, in a hurry. I was not given the space to share details or get more info. I prefer email for this reason. She said they could have someone come later Friday or Monday and I said I could wait till Monday. She said they'd call to confirm. The other plumber got back to me and had scheduled to come Monday morning. I didn’t let J&D know right away because I didn’t know for sure if they’d come, covering my bases so to speak. I figured they’d be calling before they came if I didn’t get back to them first. I realize I should have called while the other guy was here. I didn’t know if they’d be coming for sure and they were busy enough if I cancelled. Make room for someone else in need. I only got a message just as I was about to call them. Percy said he was packing things up to head my way. I called the office and explained, not in great detail as the receptionist was again short with me as if I’d done something horribly inappropriate. Not good business practice in my mind and I won’t bother them again.

I really liked dealing with this company. The customer service was great: Tracey called when she said she would and the work was performed when she told me it would be.
