I very seldom give a 5 Star Rating, but for this company I make an exception, quite simply because they are exceptional. From first contact phone call to my final visit to pay the bill I got nothing short of the very best care and service work provided. Everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional in their work. I had to have a new underground power cable to my house run, an up grade from a 100 amp to 200 amp Entrance Panel install, along with a Heat Pump and three heads. They were on time, worked steadily completing the job on time and quality work done though out. Rare to find this kind of service, as why it is rare for me to give them five stars. But this company and it's staff really earned it. They will get my good references anytime.
From the initial sales call, to booking the job, to job completion the TNB team knocked it out of the park. Dave was great at helping us get to the best solution for our home and answering all of our questions. The booking was seamless and they showed up when they said they would.
