The technician was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He checked my system, assured me it was operating fine, and advised me of a couple of things I could do to help my heat-pump run more efficiently.
We were very pleased with OnTrack HVAC’s accommodating the installation of a ductless mini-split on a tight time-frame. Any inquiries were promptly responded to by the owner, Brady with sales or Jack who was the technician who installed the unit. Jack worked late on Friday evening , under a work light I had, to ensure the installation was completed, to meet our time limitations while ensuring the work was done neatly.
