To the women at the front desk, YOU SHOULD NOT BE working there. You are so rude!!! I have cancer so I have to get my blood tested sometimes 2-3 times in 3 week spends. Coming to see your face and your actions is NOT fun! It’s hard enough for people like us to come to these appointments let alone have to deal with someone like you. I let her know yesterday how I felt and how rude she is. I asked a few people and they said they stopped going there because of her, how sad! And I come to make this review and the first one I see says the same thing. So I guess it’s not just me that she hates. We need kindness and to feel safe not make our days worse.

Very poor customer service - I was denied service because they claimed I didn’t have an appointment, even though they had my referral from my doctor. I was told to take my referral and try bayers rd because they closed later in the evening.

We've had to use this place 3 different Saturdays for blood tests. The woman working the desk, not the actual phlebotomist, has been rude every time. Not just to us, but to seemingly everyone under a certain age. We just wanted our bloodtests done, we had appointments. We didn't appreciate being treated poorly by her.

I've had hundreds of blood tests done throughout my life and I have an intense phobia of needles along with PTSD that stems from medical related places.I try to avoid blood tests at all costs and when I have no choice, my fear is usually treated with disdain or I'm treated like a child. I usually leave bruised and with more trauma. My appointment yesterday was the most pleasant medical related appointment I've ever had. The nurse who drew my blood was compassionate and kind. She talked me through things, was so gentle that I have zero bruising today, took less than half the samples I would normally have taken and was quicker than any other experience I've had.The staff deserves much appreciation and I will no longer go anywhere else for blood samples. One thing I will point out, the room is small so you may have to stand in the hallway if you go. Also, regardless of having an appointment you do have to take a number so also plan for a bit of extra time.

I went for bloodwork here this month and was NOT impressed. Very small area with lots of traffic, therefore NO social distancing. They do, however, make you wear a non-medical grade mask that they provide, even though I was using my own NK95 mask, and hand sanitizing was a must. The woman taking down my information for the bloodwork was friendly and kind, as was the woman who drew my blood for the tests. The horrible part was when I needed to use their washroom for the urinalysis part. VERY FILTHY! You use a Styrofoam cup to gather the urine but then must transfer it to slim test tubes to be placed inside a catch-all in the wall. The shelf, where I am assuming that you do this, was wet and smeared with splotches of urine.Water, or was it urine, was all over the vanity. I didn't know where to set my cup down to transfer the urine into the test tubes, so I laid a few very thin sheets of paper hand towels (consistency less than a 1 ply sheet of toilet paper) down on the corner of the vanity and carefully transferred the urine, then placed it in the receptacle in the wall...the handle and the outside filthy as well. How many hands/fingers that were dirty and/or touched with urine had done this before me? So nothing spilled from my cup and I emptied the rest in the toilet...the toilet was filthy as well.I tentatively washed my hands 3 times before leaving and then sanitized them outside the premises with my own sanitizer that I keep in my purse.I have to wonder if my urinalysis will show true values??I will never opt for this place again. I thought "rural" would be better. Apparently NOT!! I'll stick with Halifax Blood Collection on Duffus...at least the waiting area is large, and each cubicle is clean and organized, and the bathrooms super clean.
