My husband and I have been having a rough time with our 6 month old baby’s sleep since the day he was born ✨to put it lightly✨ We are exhausted! I've been going to Dr. Celina Spence for over 15 years. I fully attribute my adjustments to being so strong and healthy at 61 years of age. She goes above just the chiropractic care with options/advice on exercise and nutrition. The staff at Well Within are all wonderful!
