Everyone I've dealt with at the Truro location has been great to deal with. The GM Dave and Tracey have exceptional customer service and make moving a less painful experience. In the past I've bought several hitches, rented trucks, trailers and most recently their moving cubes. I figured it was about time they deserved a proper review.
I accidentally left my house key in the vehicle when returning it. She called me right away and even sent me a photo by email since I don’t understand English well. She was so kind and helpful!
